For sellers, Houzeo Offers a full refund minus a $50 non-refundable deposit. To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Your order is less than 7 days old.
• You haven’t signed the listing agreement.
• Your listing isn’t live on the MLS.
• No draft listing has been assigned to you.

Refunds do not cover optional add-ons such as yard signs, lockboxes, or contract assistance packages. These are separate purchases outside the core listing fee.
